Tim & Pamela Allen

Pamela Espurvoa Allen CEO of Eagles Flight Advocacy and Outreach, is a prominent and respected leader in the San Antonio community, where she has served for a decade. Her extensive work with the refugee community in San Antonio since 2009 and her efforts to assist refugees in Bosnia and Sarajevo highlight her unwavering commitment to humanitarian causes.

Under Pamela's visionary leadership, Eagles Flight has expanded its scope to address the needs of the special needs community, senior citizens, women escaping domestic violence, and families in crisis. The agency also provides burials for abandoned and abused infants in Texas. Pamela has been a staunch advocate for the Baby Moses Law since 2013, special needs children and young adults since 1998, and refugees since 1991.

Pamela's dedication and impactful service have earned her numerous accolades, including being honored as one of the Inspiring Women in San Antonio in 2022, Humanitarian of the Year in 2021, and one of the Notable People of San Antonio in 2020. In March 2023, she was recognized at the State Capitol for her steadfast commitment to the people of Bexar County.

In addition to her professional achievements, Pamela is a devoted wife to Tim Allen, a mother of four children, and a proud grandmother to five grandchildren. Her extensive experience across the United States and Europe has provided her with a unique perspective on the profound impact of special needs on families and communities, further fueling her commitment to advocacy and service.

Tim Allen is on the Board of Eagles Flight Advocacy and Outreach. Tim also serves as the operation manager for the Allen Hacienda which delivers farm animal play therapy to special needs children, child abuse victims and children in the foster program.

Tim has been a little league baseball coach for 13 years. Tim serves as a youth ministry team member for Summit Christian Center.

Tim is excited to see the changes in the children who come and visit the Allen Hacienda and has seen first hand the impact of a child’s interaction with the animals.
